Money-Back Policy & Cancellation
Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. We provide you 15 Days Money Back Policy, but there should be a Good Reason to ask for a Refund. You can cancel your order online from the Client Area any time and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days.
Refund Eligibility & Exclusions
Refund applies for Server Management plans only (Server Monitoring excluded). The 15 days money-back guarantee does not apply to service renewals. Any Licenses are non-refundable.
Dedicated Server Cancellation
Cancellation for the Dedicated servers should be placed 3 days before the renewal date. Due to the nature of our industry and the costs involved with provisioning and maintaining your Server, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds. Please read “Fees, Orders, Billing and Payment” section of our TOS for more details.
